🔹 Use of Donations
- All donations are utilized exclusively for the charitable purposes and projects of the Foundation.
- We ensure full transparency and accountability in the use of funds.
- Donations may be allocated to specific causes if the donor indicates a preference, otherwise they will be used where the need is greatest.
🔹 Modes of Donation
We accept donations through:
- Online bank transfers, UPI, and digital wallets
- Cheques or demand drafts in favor of Niranjan Bidyut Spiritual Social Foundation
- In-kind contributions (books, clothes, food, medicines, etc.), which will be distributed to beneficiaries
🔹 Tax Exemption
Eligible donations may qualify for tax exemption as per the relevant sections of the Income Tax Act (subject to registration/approval). Donors will receive official receipts for their contributions.
🔹 Refund Policy
- Donations once made cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
- In case of any technical error during an online transaction, donors may contact us within 7 working days with proof of transaction for resolution.
🔹 Donor Privacy
- We respect donor privacy and ensure that personal details are kept strictly confidential.
- Donor information will not be shared, rented, or sold to any third party for commercial purposes.
🔹 Accountability
- Annual reports and audited financial statements are made available for transparency.
- Donors may request information on how their contributions have been utilized.
